Please read these terms carefully before booking your journey with us.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Booking and Payments
- Advance Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The percentage will be specified at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid prior to the commencement of the tour or as agreed upon.
- Rates: Prices are subject to change due to seasonal fluctuations, fuel costs, or government taxes, unless already booked and confirmed.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy timeline:
- Cancellations made 30 days prior: Full refund (less processing fees).
- Cancellations made 15-29 days prior: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days: No refund generally, but cases may be reviewed individually for emergencies.
4. Travel Documents and Health
Documents: It is the passenger's responsibility to carry valid identity proofs (Aadhar/Voter ID/Passport) required for hotel check-ins and government permits.
Health: Himalayan journeys often involve high altitudes. Guests are advised to consult their doctors before travel. We reserve the right to decline acts or trips if a guest is medically unfit for the journey to ensure safety.
5. Limitation of Liability
SeetaNarayan Travels acts as an agent for transport, hotels, and other services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers. We are not responsible for delays or changes in schedules due to natural calamities, landslides, weather conditions, or traffic.
6. Guest Conduct
We expect our guests to respect local culture, religious sentiments at piligrim sites, and the environment. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or dangerous to others may result in the termination of the tour services without refund.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rudraprayag/Uttarakhand.
