How quickly will I get a response?
We typically reply within 2–4 hours during business hours (9 AM–6 PM IST, Mon–Sat). For urgent enquiries, WhatsApp is the fastest — we monitor it throughout the day and often respond within minutes.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
To give you the most accurate quote, please mention: your preferred destination(s), travel dates, group size, and any special requirements (senior travellers, dietary needs, etc.). The more detail you share, the faster we can respond with a tailored proposal.
Can I visit your office to plan my trip in person?
Yes! We welcome visitors to our office in Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand. Sitting down with our team in person is a great way to plan a complex itinerary like Char Dham or Panch Kedar. Just let us know you're coming via WhatsApp so we can ensure someone is available.
Do you do video consultations for people outside Uttarakhand?
Absolutely. We regularly do WhatsApp or Google Meet video calls for travellers from Delhi, Mumbai, and across India (and abroad). Just request a call-back time that works for you and we will confirm promptly.
How far in advance should I book?
For Char Dham Yatra (May–June peak season), we recommend booking 90–120 days in advance as hotels and permits fill up rapidly. For treks and off-season tours, 30–60 days is generally sufficient. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — contact us and we will try our best.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes — group tours of 10 or more travellers are eligible for special pricing on our package tours. Corporate team outings and educational institution trips also receive preferential rates. Contact us with your group details for a customised quote.
What destinations do you cover?
Our primary coverage is the Garhwal Himalayan circuit: all Char Dham shrines, Panch Kedar temples, major treks (Tungnath, Kuari Pass, Kedarkantha), Auli ski resort, Chopta, Rishikesh, and Haridwar. We also arrange transport-only services for travellers with their own tour plans.
Is my booking confirmed immediately after payment?
Your booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received and we send you a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email with all trip details. We don't consider a booking confirmed until we've sent this formal confirmation — so please look out for it.
